Pressing Tool
The high-quality pressing tool is pneumatically operated and works precisely and reliably. The fingers are made of hardened special steel and are therefore durable and wear-resistant. If necessary, they can be reground. The fine adjustment of the brush diameter is done using two adjusting screws. The support height of the brush handle can also be adjusted mechanically using a scale.
Crimping Dies
Different pressing tools are supplied for the different brush diameters. These can be exchanged in a few simple steps. The functional principle of our dies is based on technology that has been tried and tested for decades.
Pneumatic
The pressing tool closes and opens using a strong FESTO cylinder. The pressure can be set individually on the maintenance unit of the pneumatic connection.
Table
The solid table can be manufactured according to your specifications on request. The surface is easy to grip and resistant. The operator works comfortably while sitting.
Foot Switch
The device is operated using the foot switch. You can work in single cycles or in continuous operation.

Our company
WOMAtec Maschinenbau GmbH was created in 2015 from the used machine trade WOMA. Company founder Daniel Koehler has been trading since 2008 with used machines for woodworking and the brush industry. At first only machines are bought and sold again. Focused on the international market right from the start, the company is rapidly becoming an established service provider in the field of machine overhaul, repair and spare parts. It was only a small step to new machine construction.
Fascinated by the solid functionality of old machines, Daniel Koehler picks up proven technologies at WOMAtec Maschinenbau GmbH and develops them further for modern production operations...
