Centered, the steel band enters the forming station, where three pairs of driven rollers form the profile exactly.
Filament box. Picker wheel. Transport belts. Tappers.
The picker is processing a variety of materials either in pendulum or rotation mode. During operation, the filament box is refilled. Constructive refinements guarantee a uniform distribution of the filaments in the strip, regardless of whether it is synthetic, abrasive, mix, tampico or horsehair.
Powerful geared motors. Stepless speed control. Display for entering the cutting length. Monitoring for band end, filament box empty, wire end, cutter faults and guards. Remote control for manual operation. Emergency stop.
With the lowest possible electronic effort, we achieve maximum ease of use. Simple operation, longer life and low susceptibility to failure are the advantages of this control concept.

"Wedding" this station can be called, where the U-profile, wire and filaments are finally joined together. Thanks to our particularly strong closing device, the strip brush later withstands the heaviest strains.
Steel frame. Covers. Safety guards. Control cabinets.
Everything on board - the solid welded steel frame hides drives and control cabinets. Powder-coated cover panels protect the interior from dirt and ensure a clean look. Enclosures at safety-relevant points are secured with limit switches.
Combing. Trimming.
Adjustable sidewards, in height and angle, the razor-sharp cutters bring the strip brush its final perfection. The combing device can be folded up or down as needed. Special aggregates are used for reliable shearing of abrasive filaments or wire.
Straightening device. 3-fold cutter.
Accompanying the fully automated production process or fixed, this cutter defeats every profile size and every material. Its strong drive transmits the power to two movable knives, which face a fixed one. Thanks to this technology, the brush end is perfectly closed without sharp corners and edges. Optionally, a gripper pulls out the finished brush and throws it into a channel. And so that the brushes, no matter how long, are also straight, a compact adjustable straightening station is installed in front of the cutter.
