In the standard version, strip brushes, tufted or metal back, also other profiles up to 2 meters in length can be inserted.

Feed

Motorized rollers grip the profile and push it to the exact cutting position.

Controls

The cutting length is entered via a display. The feed rate can be controlled via a potentiometer. The electronic length measuring system ensures high cutting accuracy with a maximum tolerance of +/- 1 mm.

Machine Frame

Everything on board - the solid welded steel frame hides drives and control cabinets. Powder-coated cover panels protect the motor from dirt and ensure a clean look. The enclosure at the cutter is secured with limit switches.

Cutter

This 3-fold cutter defeats every profile size and every material, regardless of whether it is abrasive, stainless steel, wire or plastic.

Its strong drive transmits the power to two movable knives, which face a fixed one. Thanks to this technology, the brush end is perfectly closed without sharp corners and edges. Optionally, a gripper pulls out the finished brush and throws it into a channel. And so that the brushes, no matter how long, are also straight, a compact adjustable straightening station is installed in front of the cutter. The geometry of blades could be adapted to individual profile shapes.
